2021 Annual Parish Meeting Minutes
Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting of Reepham held in Reepham C of E Church, Tuesday 18TH May 2021 at 7.15pm
Cllr D Perkins presided over the meeting which was attended by 4 Parish Councillors and 1 District Councillor.
Also present was the Clerk and 1 parishioner.
Meeting began at 7.15pm
All were welcomed.
1. Apologies: Cllr C Wilson, Cllr J Oxby
2. Minutes of the meeting held on 15th May 2019:
The Chairman read out the draft minutes; and noted that reports provided for that meeting were on file. As there was no proposer nor seconder for the minutes to be formally approved as a true record, a formal decision to this effect could not be taken. Therefore, the minutes were signed without formal approval.
3. Matters arising from those minutes: None
4. Chairman’s report:
The Chairman read out his report, a copy of which is on file.
5. Reports from District Councillors and County Councillor:
One report had been received, from D/Cllr A Welburn. This is on file.
6. Matters raised by members of the public: None
