Reepham village has its own Parish Council made up of unpaid volunteers that is elected usually on four yearly terms under the organisation of West Lindsey District Council. The Council for many years numbered seven members but with the increasing population in the 1970s, the number was increased to nine. The Parish Council are members of the National Association of Parish Councils and endeavour to protect the village interests and report back to both the West Lindsey and the Lincolnshire County Councils.

The Parish Council holds its Annual General Council Meeting in May each year. At this meeting its Chair, Vice-Chair, sub-committees and representatives to other organisations are elected.  It also holds the Annual Parish Meeting on the same evening where villagers are invited to attend to hear what the Parish Council has achieved during the year and also to put forward matters that they wish the Council to consider.
