REEPHAM PARISH COUNCIL
Minutes of Annual Parish Meeting
Reepham Methodist Church on Tuesday 17th May 2022 at 7.15pm
Present: Cllr D Perkins, who presided. 5 Parish Councillors; 2 District Councillors and 1 County Councillor.
Also present was the Clerk. There were no parishioners in attendance.
Meeting began at 7.15pm
All were welcomed.
1. Apologies: Cllr L Searle, Cllr A Brammer; J Oxby, D/Cllr C Hill.
2. Minutes of the meeting held on 18th May 2021:
The Chairman read out the draft minutes; and noted that reports provided for that meeting were on file. At the proposal of Cllr P Stuffins, seconded by Cllr M Doughty, the minutes were approved as a true record and duly signed.
3. Matters arising from those minutes: None.
4. Chairman’s report: The Chairman read out his report, a copy of which is on file.
5. Reports from District Councillors and County Councillor:
Two reports had been received: from D/Cllr A Welburn and C/Cllr I Fleetwood. Copies are on file.
6. Matters raised by members of the public: None.
Meeting ended at 7.22pm.
